Return & Refund Policy (For U.S. Customers)

At Get Relaxed, we are committed to providing high-quality products that bring comfort and relaxation. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personal care items (e.g., massagers, wearables) due to hygiene reasons.
Discounted or final sale items.
Customized or personalized products.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact Us at z21138043032@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened or non-defective items.
4. Exchanges & Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
